Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster
MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA AND HAVE CALIFORNIA WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS EXPERIENCE.
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to assist our team in Rocklin. You will join a team of seven, including five Claims Adjusters and two Claims Specialists, to handle claims with excellence and comply with regulations.
Responsibilities- Provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and feedback to team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with relevant statutes and company guidelines.
- Address personnel issues promptly and decisively, keeping management informed of corrective action.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment focused on excellence in claim resolution.
