  Active Property & Casualty License.
• Preferred:
  Experience in insurance agency sales.
• 1+ years in the insurance industry.

• Experience in insurance sales.

• Maintain high activity levels, handling phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Manage the new business onboarding process.
• Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments.
• Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, and various lead sources provided.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday. A consistent 40-hour workweek.

  Base pay plus bonuses, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 annually.
