This position is a contract role for a Licensed Insurance Agent. The agent will provide guidance and support to clients seeking insurance solutions, manage insurance sales, process applications, and maintain strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include identifying customer needs, offering tailored insurance options, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This role is hybrid, based in Frisco, TX, with some opportunities for remote work.

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of Finance and the ability to address clients' financial needs
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Active and valid insurance license(s) in applicable states
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred, as the role involves working with the Latino community
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
