Claim Consultant, Casualty; Hybrid or Remote

• Independently manage high-exposure, complex casualty losses within granted authority
• Conduct comprehensive investigations, including recorded statements and site analysis
• Deliver timely, professional communication to customers and stakeholders
• Prepare detailed written evaluations outlining coverage, liability, and settlement strategy
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced adjusters and participate in departmental initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree plus relevant certifications such as INS 21, 22, 23 (or equivalent), OR Associate's Degree plus 6–8 years of related experience
• Minimum 5 years of technical claims experience, including bodily injury and litigation handling
• Mastery of multiple lines of business and working knowledge of multi-state policies
• Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain required adjusting licenses in multiple jurisdictions

• Certificates such as SCLA, AIC, CPCU, or equivalent
• Experience with multi-state losses; environmental or SIU experience is a plus
• Paralegal or law degree
