We are a South Florida based insurance agency hiring Property & Casualty Insurance Producers to sell new personal lines business from our office. This is not remote and not customer service.

This is a commission only producer role with a 90-day performance trial.

IN OFFICE ONLY

Must be able to work on-site during normal business hours.

(No remote work. No exceptions.)

Must be active and in good standing

• Quote, sell, and bind Personal Lines insurance
• Handle inbound and outbound lead opportunities
• Manage your own lead pipeline
• Follow agency sales systems, scripts, and CRM
• Focused on new business production

• Competitive commission on NEW business
• No cap on earnings
• Higher splits available with production
• Customer service provided

• First 30 days: activity standards met, first policies bound
• 60 days: consistent quotes and binds
• 90 days: minimum production required to remain

Failure to meet production standards will result in separation.

• Licensed producers who want higher commissions
• Agents tired of low caps and micromanagement
• Newer producers who are hungry and coachable
• Salespeople who understand commission-based sales

• Not hourly or salary
• Not a training-only role
