• Provide proactive communication to customers and business partners regarding claims
• Review and analyze complex insurance policies and coverage
• Conduct investigations and manage litigation related to claims
• Develop assessments of coverage, liability, and damages, providing recommendations to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; J.D. or CRIS designation is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of general liability claim handling experience; construction defect experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Active Property & Casualty State Insurance Adjuster license preferred

• Experience in handling affirmative/defensive risk transfer
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to present effectively in a roundtable setting
