- Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
- Collaborate with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients
- Maintain accurate information to avoid errors and omissions claims
- Supervise daily activities of Coordinators and Account Managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients through regular contact and visits
- Must have Personal Lines and High Net Worth/Private Client Group client coverage experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Lines industry and product line, ideally at a retail brokerage or independent agency
- Experience with agency management systems/CRM is required
- High School Diploma or GED required, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree
- P&C Insurance License required upon hire
- Experience with major markets such as AIG, Chubb/ACE, and PURE
- Familiarity with agency management systems, particularly Epic
- Supervisory or leadership experience in the insurance industry
- CIC, CPCU, or other P&C designations preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
