• Keeping detailed records of client communication to ensure long-term relationship‑building and future service.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and ethical standards in every client interaction.
• Adhering to state regulatory licensing requirements.

• A current life and health insurance license issued by your home state and then contracting with insurance carriers.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to grow personally and financially.
• Great communication skills—verbal and written; service‑industry experience is a plus.
• The ability to manage your time, calendar, and priorities effectively.
• Comfort with technology—CRM systems, Zoom, email, and basic Microsoft/Apple tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
