Location:
Concord, NH (surrounding locations). This is an in‑office, non‑remote position.
Base: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
First‑year total compensation (base + bonuses + uncapped commissions) typically ranges from $55,000 – $75,000, with top performers earning over $100,000.
DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team at Comparion Insurance Agency. The role requires building a strong local network and in‑person relationships within the community.

Success in this role will require you to build and leverage a strong local network and in‑person relationships in the community.
Qualifications- Required Skills:
- Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Well‑developed persuasion and negotiation skills
- Great interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Effective time‑management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
- Familiarity with finding, building, and growing leads and customer base
- Preferred Experience:
- Previous employment in a sales role with proven success in turning prospects into customers
- State insurance license, or willingness to earn one with training and support, in Property & Casualty and Life
- Highly self‑motivated and driven: resilient, strong work ethic, self‑managed after training, natural leader.
- Gritty and adaptable: performs well under pressure, adapts to changes, owns results.
- Coachable: team player, loves to learn, responds to feedback.

- Uncapped pay: base salary, bonuses, and renewal commissions allow earnings to grow each year.
