Overview
100% remote insurance job opening for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager with one of the oldest independent insurance agencies in the Southeast. The company has a large Transportation team
, so this position requires experience working with commercial insurance programs for trucking accounts.
- Work closely with producers and marketers to manage monitor insurance programs, strategize about renewals, monitor claims statuses, and handle escalated customer service issues
- Liaise with external partners like underwriters and brokers as well as the client to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more
- At least three (3) years of property and casualty insurance experience
- Prior experience with fleet transportation insurance programs is required
- Active state insurance license
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Power Point
Remote, work-from-home option for qualified candidates within Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
