Overview

Personal Insurance Client Service Manager — Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable individual to provide timely quotes, recognize cross-selling opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service for personal lines customers.

• Provide timely quotes and recognize cross-selling opportunities for personal lines customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to personal lines clients.
• Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for the best rates.
• Handle new and renewal submissions.
• Quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Work with multiple carriers and rating systems; manage the client account overall.

• Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting.
• Experience maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to handle new and renewal submissions and interact with underwriters.
• Prior experience quoting, binding, and issuing policies.
• Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
• Overall account management experience.

• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
• Must hold Property & Casualty License.
