Job Summary
The Account Manager works with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts. The role involves day‑to‑day client servicing, renewal and marketing processes, preparing materials for presentations and communications, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carrier contacts. You will receive significant independent discretion and may also support the broader Account Management Team as needed. P&C experience, an active P&C license, and knowledge of personal lines, high‑net‑worth/private client group clients are required.

Work Arrangement
This is a full‑time position, ideally working hybrid from the Dallas, TX office. Remote work is considered for experienced Personal Lines candidates who can work Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST. Remote employees must maintain a private workspace, secure company equipment, maintain high‑speed internet, and be responsive online while minimizing personal interruptions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts on an assigned book of business; lead client meetings for assigned accounts.
  • Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, collaborating with Account Executives and Advisors.
  • Communicate directly with clients and carriers in coordination with the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive.
  • Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures, ensuring accurate policy records in the agency management system.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; works well both in a team environment and autonomously.
  • Calm, courteous, and professional approach to all interactions.
  • Customer‑focused, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and agency management systems (EPIC highly preferred).
  • Highly organized with strong time‑management and task‑prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Independent decision‑making while supporting a team mindset.
  • Attention to detail and decision‑making skills.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in high‑net‑worth personal insurance service.
  • Experience with EPIC or other agency management systems.
  • Understanding of high‑touch points in client management.
  • Driver:
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required along with insurance industry training and a license.

Certificates, Licenses, Registration

  • P&C Insurance License required upon hire.
