  This role is eligible for fully remote work.
• Licenses: CT adjusters license (CT, MA jurisdictions noted; VT and DE are a plus).

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan the appropriate course of action, and resolve claims.
• Interact with various parties in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients with empathy throughout the claims process.
• Handle claims in line with clients’ and company policies, procedures, and standard methodologies per statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the outcome of the claim file.

• Claims Background: 3-5 years of hands-on workers compensation adjusting experience (lost time/indemnity desk plus litigation).

  Experience:
  
  CT, MA (VT and DE are a plus).
• Active Adjusters' licenses: CT adjusters license.

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills to reach resolutions.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants.

• Required:
  
  High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software

• Bachelor’s Degree
