Employer Industry: Insurance and Claims Services

• Direct the planning, development, and presentation of training programs for Claims staff and management
• Evaluate employee skills and provide coaching to enhance performance and organizational effectiveness
• Research, develop, and conduct skill-building programs for employees to improve claims handling
• Maintain awareness of claims strategies and recommend training techniques to meet claims goals
• Analyze individual employee skills and provide recommendations for skill development

• Salary up to $96,800 annually

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-6 years of experience in claims handling and/or corporate training
• Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Moderate analytical and quantitative skills
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles record

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Access
• Familiarity with claims and negotiation techniques, technology, and member/customer relations management
