This is a full-time hybrid Owner role based in the Central Bay-Thumb Region
, covering Bay, Saginaw, Midland, Tuscola, Huron, Sanilac, Lapeer, Jackson, Calhoun, Hillsdale and surrounding counties.
As the Owner
, you will:
- Oversee agency operations
- Target Sales Goals for all product lines
- Meet Customer needs
- Develop and implement business strategies
- Manage financial performance
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and applicable laws
Some work-from-home flexibility is available.
Qualifications- Proven leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in business development and growth
- Knowledge of life, home, auto, and business insurance products
- Professional certifications such as CIC, CPCU, or AAI are a plus
