• Manage high‑complexity business problems, product features, and product lines
• Build strong relationships with other business units and lead strategic direction for assigned areas
• Analyze, select, and implement new pricing and product design strategies
• Manage relationships with external parties, including vendors and regulators

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 or more years of experience in product management, insurance, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Superior problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions independently

• Previous experience as an insurance product analyst
• Familiarity with compliance matters in the insurance industry
• Proven track record of successful product management
