Barker Munro recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an extremely professional motor insurance organisation who are recognised as being a superb employer.
We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Personal Injury negotiator to join the team so are delighted to be assisting with this position.

The successful applicant will have the following qualities:

Experience of negotiation complex Motor personal injury claims to settlement within either an Insurer or Solicitor (defendant).
Experience of dealing with claims of a high authority level (between 55k to 125k).
Liability and indemnity experience.
Experience of using MOJ and OIC portals.
Experience of dealing with Jurisdiction claims, including English, Scottish and Irish claims.

Working Monday to Friday, this role offers flexibility to work from home up to 4 days a week after completing a 3-month probation. The benefits package includes a generous Pension, holiday, training, and well-being support.
