Compensation:
Hourly Pay + Bonuses | Potential to Earn Up to $100K/Year

• Active Life & Health Insurance License OR Health Insurance License
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in insurance sales (Life, Health, or both)
• Proven track record in sales, client retention, and communication
• Strong ability to educate clients, close deals, and deliver high-quality customer service
• Experience with Sunfire platform is REQUIRED
• Ability to work full-time in our Boca Raton, FL office (for onsite roles)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to long-term success
• Professional, ethical, and able to operate in a compliant and client-focused manner

Onsite Positions:
Located at our vibrant office in Boca Raton, Florida, offering a team-based environment where collaboration and growth are encouraged.

Remote Positions:
Limited availability for remote agents who meet all experience requirements and demonstrate strong independent performance capability.
