• Base Salary: $40,000 – $160,000+ (starting at $40 K with a lucrative 6‑figure bonus opportunity)

• Manage inbound sales call opportunities (live transfers) and use sales systems to close deals
• Maintain high daily productivity metrics (e.g., 88%+ productive time, 75%+ talk time, average 10 daily live transfers) and meet all Sales Floor Minimum Requirements
• Present products and document all client information with clarity and full compliance with life‑insurance guidelines, state regulations, and ethical standards
• Be responsive to all company communication (email, Slack) and receptive to sales assistance (phone feeding)
• Actively participate in ongoing individual and group coaching/development sessions
• Be available to work all assigned shifts in full

• Active Life Insurance License in good standing
• 2+ years of individual life insurance sales experience
• Proven self‑management ability in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven remote environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of ownership and accountability

• Computer:
  Own a computer meeting minimum specs—4 k CPU benchmark, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10/11
• Internet:
  High‑speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload)
• Equipment:
  Additional monitor, headset, webcam for meetings
• Workspace:
  Dedicated, distraction‑free home workspace

Full‑time, remote W2 position. Must be available for one of the following shifts:

• 1st Shift: EST 9 AM‑6 PM (Monday – Friday)
• 2nd Shift: EST 11 AM‑8 PM (Monday – Thursday) and EST 9 AM‑6 PM (Friday)
