REMOTE Licensed Commercial Insurance​/Inbound Sales Consultant

• Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners
• Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
• Collaborate effectively with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
• Manage desk priorities and deliver timely outcomes to customers
• Operate with a customer-focused approach, providing tailored insurance solutions

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
• Call center experience is valued
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and convey challenging messages
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

• Competitive nature with a strong desire to win
• Demonstrated solid time, organizational, and desk management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High-speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds
