Sr. Commercial Casualty Claims Specialist; Remote

• Manage all aspects of 1st and 3rd party injury claims of low to moderate complexity
• Evaluate liability, coverage, and damage concerns related to injury claims
• Handle first-party exposures including Medical Payments and Uninsured Motorist claims
• Conduct investigative work and make liability determinations based on evidence
• Develop negotiation strategies to resolve claims effectively with insureds and claimants

• 4-5 years of claims experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years as a casualty adjuster
• High school diploma (HS/GED) or minimum of 3 years in a casualty claims role within the P&C insurance industry
• Must hold an Adjuster's license for applicable states or obtain licenses within 90 days of employment
• Strong communication skills for advising customers on coverage issues
• Ability to manage claims efficiently with minimal supervision

• 5+ years of casualty claims adjuster experience
• BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience handling commercial claims
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community initiatives
