Our client, a top‑rated insurance carrier, is hiring an experienced Senior Field Primary Casualty Production Underwriter for its Idaho region. The role focuses on building relationships with local wholesale brokers and agents, while translating corporate strategy into local execution. The position is remote with occasional travel to meet brokers.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents, producers, brokers, and other key stakeholders; act as a primary point of contact, addressing client needs and fostering long‑term partnerships.
• Work closely with the underwriting team to align on risk appetite, ensure product suitability, and maximize new business acquisition while maintaining profitability standards.
• Partner with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and presentations that communicate our value proposition effectively to prospective clients.

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Casualty Underwriting, Business Development, or Sales;
  Non‑Admitted experience is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of insurance products, commercial lines markets, and industry trends.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with large national brokers and key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional designations such as CPCU or ARM are a plus.

• $130,000 to $180,000+ annual base salary plus lucrative production bonus.
