REMOTE Licensed Commercial Insurance​/Inbound Sales Consultant

• Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners
• Consult on various small business lines coverage including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
• Deliver excellent customer service tailored to each business owner's needs
• Manage desk operations efficiently, ensuring timely outcomes for customers

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Strong sales acumen with negotiation skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

• Competitive nature and strong desire to win
• Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills in a fast-paced environment
• High-speed broadband cable internet service with specified minimum speeds
