What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry Strong sales skills with a proven track record of lead development, follow-ups, and closing deals P&C Producer License (Required) Multilingual skills (Russian, Lithuanian, Spanish) are a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) A motivated, results-driven professional passionate about helping clients
