Position: Yacht Client Advisor Manager (Remote East Coast)

Client Advisor Manager – Yacht Team

Day in the life

  • Lead and manage a dynamic client advisory team, ensuring top‑notch service and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales to assign advisors and manage transitions, promoting a OnePCS mindset and building strong relationships across the organization.
  • Support Centers of Influence (COIs) to enhance service offerings.
  • Forecast, conduct performance reviews, and address underperformance.
  • Maintain relationships with local and regional carriers, staying informed about contract changes and underwriting guidelines.
  • Handle client communications, presentations, and participate in hiring and interviews.
  • Manage workload, resources, and conduct regular staff meetings and one‑on‑ones.
  • Conduct advisory reviews for larger clients and resolve complex underwriting issues.
  • Develop training and succession plans for the team.
  • Monitor KPIs to deliver financial results and develop business plans for referrals, new business, and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly, leading a hybrid workforce and communicating the agency’s vision.

Qualifications

  • Personal lines insurance experience with High‑Net‑Worth clientele.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
  • Client‑service orientation with balance on managing expectations.
  • Willingness to travel for client and company meetings.
  • 5+ years of managing individuals and team goals.
  • 3–5+ years personal insurance background with client‑facing experience.
  • Ability to cultivate opportunities from client’s COIs.
  • Yacht insurance experience.
