In this role, you'll help clients find the right life insurance solutions, support their policies, and contribute to a team that’s growing nationwide.

• Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Clearly explain policy details, underwriting, and premium options.
• Assist with servicing tasks like beneficiary updates, endorsements, and basic claims.
• Build lasting relationships through timely communication and follow-up.
• Document all interactions in our CRM while meeting compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the team to hit goals and share best practices.
• Participate in training to stay sharp on products and market trends.

• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Age 18+ and able to pass a background check.
• Active life insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain – we help with that).
• Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to manage a remote work environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.

• Sales, tele-sales, or insurance customer service background.
• Familiarity with CRMs, remote sales tools, and outbound calling.
