Inside Sales Representative - Property and Casualty; Primarily

• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances
• Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on underwriting department requests to ensure adherence to policies and improve retention

• Must have or prepare to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment
• Prior sales experience is ideal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience in the insurance industry or related sales field
• Proven ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy
• Knowledge of company guidelines and ability to communicate them effectively
