Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum + performance bonuses

• Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding policy coverage, documents, and claims
• Assisting policyholders with applications, renewals, and mid‑term adjustments
• Handling and resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Escalating complex cases (., serious claims or disputes) to the appropriate team
• Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system

• Previous customer service experience (insurance, automotive, or finance is a bonus)
• Excellent communication skills – clear, friendly, and solution‑focused
• A confident problem‑solver who enjoys delivering great customer experiences
• Ambition to grow within the motor insurance or wider financial services sector
