Overview
Location: Hybrid – London or Manchester office
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum + performance bonuses
Type: Full-time, permanent

What you’ll be doing :- Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding policy coverage, documents, and claims
- Assisting policyholders with applications, renewals, and mid‑term adjustments
- Handling and resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Escalating complex cases (., serious claims or disputes) to the appropriate team
- Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system
- Previous customer service experience (insurance, automotive, or finance is a bonus)
- Excellent communication skills – clear, friendly, and solution‑focused
- A confident problem‑solver who enjoys delivering great customer experiences
- Ambition to grow within the motor insurance or wider financial services sector
- Competitive base salary (£25,000 – £28,000)
