• Identify, solicit, underwrite, and sell new and renewal Specialty accounts to drive profitable growth
• Utilize underwriting tools and strategies to ensure compliance with guidelines and assess risk
• Manage assigned portfolio to achieve financial and performance goals
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and clients to enhance business opportunities
• Prepare and analyze underwriting decisions, rates, and requirements to drive results

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Generally 3-7+ years of Specialty or standard commercial lines experience
• 3-4+ years of experience driving agency relationships resulting in profitable new and renewal business
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external partners
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed business decisions

• Experience in managing complex accounts and adapting to changing environments
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems efficiently
• Familiarity with financial reporting and insurance performance measures
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills in a diverse environment
• Strong prioritization and desk management abilities
