Claims Consultant - Accountants and Professional Liability

• Manage aেন্স a caseload of third-party Accountants and Miscellaneous Professional Liability claims from inception to final disposition
• Conduct investigations and analyze information to determine coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with insureds regarding coverage, liability, damages, and other issues
• Develop and implement resolution strategies through negotiations to achieve high‑quality outcomes
• Provide support and collaborate with business partners to evaluate and address claim trends

• Juris Doctorates degree required
• Minimum of three years handling third‑party Professional Liability insurance defense or Professional Liability coverage litigation
• Strong knowledge and experience handling all aspects of liability claims
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior time management and task prioritization skills

• Familiarity with AI‑powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills
• Advanced negotiation and technical claim handling skills
• Knowledge of insurance coverage issues
