• Analyze clients' or prospects' existing programs and formulate customized risk solutions
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to drive revenue development and retention
• Assist in the timely production of documentation and follow-up with clients
• Support team members in proposal development for existing and prospective clients
• Develop and maintain productive business relationships with key insurance underwriters

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• P&C License required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid negotiation skills with attention to detail

• Working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices and processes
• Advanced industry designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) a plus
• Experience with Epic (agency management system) is a plus
