Subrogation Specialist - Medical ; Remote

• Handle an inventory of automotive damage, disputed liability, and cross-jurisdictional claims
• Initiate and conduct arbitration between companies on disputed liability and damage claims
• Negotiate and conclude recovery settlements while adhering to regulatory compliance
• Investigate and evaluate auto claims within draft authority
• Determine appropriate collection methods for recovery

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive claims liability experience
• General or advanced knowledge of Department of Insurance regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience with Medical Payments, PIP, and Bodily Injury claims
• Understanding of different lines of coverage, such as homeowners, auto, and personal property
• BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related area, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
• Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups or volunteering
