Role Overview

This is a 100% home-based position, equipped with all necessary tools, including a high-end Apple Mac Book and additional screens. You will be part of a supportive and friendly team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of Liability claims for various MGAs and insurers, including Employer’s and Public Liability claims up to £25,000 across diverse sectors such as hospitality, manufacturing, and leisure.
  • Handle a small number of 3rd party property damage claims and other losses like Products Liability.
  • Negotiate claims to final settlement using your expertise and knowledge.
  • Utilize advanced technology and collaborate with a dedicated Claims Support Team.
    • Candidate Requirements
    • Experience in Liability or Casualty Claims, from insurance companies, brokers, loss adjusters, or legal environments.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
    • Client-focused with excellent communication, rapport-building, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
    Work Environment & Benefits

    The role offers flexible working hours, typically 09:00 - 17:00, with flexibility for personal commitments. The salary is up to circa £38,000, negotiable based on experience, plus a range of benefits including support for professional development.
