• Assess and manage incoming home and motor insurance claims
• Liaise with policyholders, garages, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate settlements

• Maintain accurate records and ensure customers are updated regularly on the progress of their claim
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and support compliance standards

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or legal administration
• Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Able to manage multiple claims and meet response times

• Competitive salary between £26,000 – £30,000, depending on experience
