Pennsylvania. Hybrid position, work from home.

Commission-based with earning potential of 65k-80k in the first year. 100k or more year 2.

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will help individuals and families achieve peace of mind with our Final Expense insurance plans. Many of the clients you will help will be seniors, people on a fixed-income and individuals with health issues. Many of our new agents have no prior experience in sales, business or insurance.

We provide comprehensive training, resources, and support to help you succeed.

• Meet with prospective clients to assess their life insurance needs.
• Educate clients on the benefits and options available in life insurance policies.
• Develop customized life insurance plans that fit individual client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product knowledge.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the team.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
• Must obtain a life insurance license (training and support provided).
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
