- Handle moderately complex first‑party Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Medical Pay claims from initiation to conclusion
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle medical expense and PIP claims, making coverage determinations
- Serve as the owning adjuster for claims with reserves up to policy limits
- Rule out exposures such as uninsured/underinsured motorist and subrogation during investigations
- Present coverage issues to committee as needed
- Minimum of 1‑2 years of claims experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must obtain and/or maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days of employment
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience handling PIP claims and first‑party medical coverage
- Knowledge or experience with collision, loss‑of‑use, third‑party property damage, and bodily injury exposures
- Bilingual proficiency
- Capability to perform effectively in a remote work environment
- Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups and volunteering
