PIP Claims Specialist - Remote

• Handle moderately complex first‑party Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Medical Pay claims from initiation to conclusion
• Investigate, evaluate, and settle medical expense and PIP claims, making coverage determinations
• Serve as the owning adjuster for claims with reserves up to policy limits
• Rule out exposures such as uninsured/underinsured motorist and subrogation during investigations
• Present coverage issues to committee as needed

• Minimum of 1‑2 years of claims experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must obtain and/or maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days of employment
• Strong computer navigation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Prior experience handling PIP claims and first‑party medical coverage
• Knowledge or experience with collision, loss‑of‑use, third‑party property damage, and bodily injury exposures
• Bilingual proficiency
• Capability to perform effectively in a remote work environment
