About HomeprotectWe founded Homeprotect on a simple principle – to provide protection to people underserved by the home insurance industry.
We are experts at insuring people who want to build or buy a unique property, renovate, rent a home or leave it unoccupied. We cover those who travel a lot, run a business from home, collect rare treasures, live in a listed building, enjoy a river view or sunbathe on a flat roof.
Our smart tech enables customers to receive an instant, online quote for a wide range of complex needs, while our UK customer support teams are on hand to provide information and support when only a real person can.
Hundreds of thousands of people have already protected their homes and the things they love with our insurance. We are not content to be the leading provider of ‘non‑standard' insurance; we believe there is no such thing as ‘standard'. Everyone is unique and deserves home insurance designed with their individual needs in mind – something our combination of real people and smart tech helps us deliver.
Our simple promise? Whoever you are and wherever you live, with Homeprotect we've got you covered.
What It’s Like To Work HereOur customers and team come from all walks of life. We are a small, perfectly formed team comprising insurance specialists alongside technologists, data scientists and marketing champions from diverse backgrounds. We bring expertise, an appetite for innovation, and a shared ambition to empower people to protect their homes and the things they love.
Working in a fast‑paced environment where change happens regularly is how we do things. We embrace hybrid and fully remote working, giving teams the flexibility to choose the right location and working hours. We focus on the outputs of the work, not where it is completed, and encourage collaboration when it makes sense.
Homeprotect has been recognised as a Great Place to Work for the last six consecutive years.
