Pro Insurance currently has a new opportunity for a Claims Technician to join our Legacy Claims Team, processing claims in supporting an existing client.

Pro operates a hybrid working model and the majority of this role will be working from home with travel to a local ELPL hub in Glasgow, Liverpool or Horsham on a weekly basis and other locations when required.

• Reporting to the Legacy Claims Team Leader, this position would suit someone with EL/PL disease experience including but not limited to:
• NIHL
• HAVS
• The ability to manage a caseload of Disease claim from FNOL to settlement in accordance with agreed SLA’s
• Liaising with key internal and external Stakeholders
• Proactively support the team in their achievements and overall business objectives
• Contribute to projects relevant to the sub vertical
• Strengthen Client Relationships
• Represent Pro in a Professional manner to both peer and potential marketplace acquaintances

• Technical background relating to EL/PL claims is preferable however not essential. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate
• Experience in other claims is a distinct advantage
• Effective communication skills and key stakeholder relationship management skills
• Adaptable to change
• Strong relationship building skills and a professional and approachable manner
• Ability to work towards SLAs with accuracy
