Corporate Vice President, Accident and Health Senior Underwriter

• Underwrite and quote new and existing Business Travel Accident and Special Risk accounts
• Maintain and develop relationships with brokers and key clients
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Salespeople, and Senior Management to onboard new brokers and Managing General Underwriters
• Attend broker and client meetings to support business development efforts
• Provide daily oversight of MGU partners and conduct annual audits of their underwriting practices

• 5+ years of Business Travel Accident (BTA) underwriting experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business or math) or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Special Risk insurance
• Proven ability to work independently with strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Recent relationships with BTA and Special Risk brokers
• Mastery of manual and experience rating
• Strong knowledge of Blanket Insurance products
• Proficiency in Excel
