• Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure, plan actions, and resolve claims.
• Interact extensively with parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients, exhibiting empathy at every step.
• Handle claims in accordance with client policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently.

• Claims background in Commercial Auto Liability and General Liability.
• Jurisdictional experience in GA.
• Active Adjuster's license in GA.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims with moderate supervision.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants.

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer proficiency with claims and business software.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Litigation Management experience.
• Municipality Claims experience.
