• Review and adjudicate claims for the GAP product, ensuring accuracy in documentation
• Verify multiple documents to determine the correct amount applied to loans or refunded to customers

• Provide solutions to challenging problems while maintaining a positive attitude

• High School diploma required;
  Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
• Knowledge of GAP and/or insurance claims preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and emotional resilience

• Previous experience in insurance claims or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Familiarity with customer service best practices
• Experience handling time-sensitive tasks effectively
• Passion for personal and professional development
