High End Insurance Sales Agency is seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and able to work independently.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:- Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
- Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales
- Agents who require hand-holding at every step
- Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
- Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego
- Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
- Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
- Agents who are motivated and ready to follow a proven system
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection.
All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.
We do not participate in lead assist programs.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
