• Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure, plan actions, and resolve claims.
• Interact with parties in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, showing empathy at each step.
• Handle claims following corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity promptly to support claim outcomes.

• Claims Background:
  Minimum 5 years of workers‑comp adjusting experience, handling lost time/indemnity desk and litigation.
• Jurisdictional
  
  Experience:
  
  Federal Defense Base Act and Longshore preferred; experience with TX, CA, or NY claims accepted.
• Adjusters’ licenses:
  No license required.

As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims to bring them to resolution.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve claims processes.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize to serve clients and claimants.

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with claims and business software.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
