• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and efficiency
• Lead project delivery, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance to business partners on applications and platforms
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and user stories

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL
• Proficiency in IT applications and platforms, with an understanding of software development processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create and implement test plans

• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
• Willingness to engage in team meetings and foster relationships
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) methodologies
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
