IT SAP Analyst Intern - Business Solutions

This internship provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise SAP systems and the opportunity to work alongside experienced technical and business professionals. This role will report to the VP of IT Business Solutions & Innovation and play a critical role in the success of the information technology department by working with cross‑functional businesses to coordinate logistics for project team leads and functional areas as needed.

The Intern will be part of a team focusing on business and solution design and will be involved in various activities to help gain important knowledge and experience of SAP end‑to‑end projects.

We are open to a hybrid work arrangement for the right candidate, however, ideally on‑site at least a couple days a week in our Manchester, CT Home Office.

• Partner with the SAP core team to support the execution of business processes across multiple functional areas
• Assist with process improvements and system design enhancements to improve operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, job instructions, and technical documentation
• Support the creation and enhancement of training materials and knowledge documentation
• Assist functional and technical leads with special projects and development of functional specifications
• Monitor and track IT support requests, analyze defects, and help identify potential solutions
• Create and manage work plans, ensuring project tasks and action items are completed on time
• Perform general SAP administrative activities and assist with troubleshooting production issues
• Develop ad‑hoc reports using SAP tools and Microsoft Excel to support business insights
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support system improvements and business initiatives
