Responsibilities

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Drive partner enablement across Microsoft Security solutions, including Modern Work and Azure security services
  • Support partners in executing sales acceleration and upgrade motions for security products
  • Execute security-focused go-to-market initiatives, including workshops and campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Microsoft stakeholders to align on security strategy
  • Help partners transition from license-only discussions to security-led value selling
Qualifications

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 3–6+ years in partner sales, sales enablement, security pre-sales, or channel roles
  • Experience working with Microsoft partners or Microsoft security solutions
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities
  • Ability to position security in business and risk-based terms
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience considered
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Security certifications or training experience
  • Strong presentation and enablement skills
  • Experience engaging both sales and technical audiences
  • Organized, process-driven, and execution-focused mindset
  • High energy with strong follow-through and detail-oriented approach
