• Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency
• Lead and accelerate project delivery, ensuring successful completion within timelines
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide in-depth knowledge of applications and platforms
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and development of training materials

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL, and data visualization techniques
• Proficiency in IT applications and platforms
• Understanding of software development process (SDLC) and project management methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical collaborators

• Actively participates in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups and volunteering
• Willingness to engage in video calls for onboarding and team building
• Ability to travel as needed for role-related meetings
