A global services firm is seeking a Bilingual (Italian/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service remotely. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, interacting via phone and chat, and documenting requests. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work weekdays from 7:30am to 11:30am EST. The position is part-time with a salary of $18.00 per hour plus language bonus.
