• Lead on-site and remote installation, configuration, and certification of VMS and Access Control environments
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, applying advanced logic in IP networking and VMS integrations
• Collaborate with Sales teams to conduct technical demonstrations and identify project risks
• Provide high-quality technical training and product demonstrations to channel partners and end-users
• Serve as a technical liaison between Customer Success and Support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment; or a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma with 7 years of experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and networking protocols
• Ability to travel over 50% within North America
• Calmness under pressure and excellent presentation skills

• 3+ years of experience specifically in VMS/Access Control environments
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering
• Industry certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA A+
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders
• Experience in training and mentoring others
