• Lead and manage project timelines, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical requirements and user stories
• Provide subject matter expertise and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Perform data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and track project performance

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL
• Proficiency in IT applications and platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Basic project management skills to coordinate project timelines and milestones

• Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as employee resource groups or volunteering
• Willingness to travel for role-related meetings and team events
• Expertise in creating and implementing test plans and scripts
